How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

Our goal is always to enhance the member experience. When our locker room attendants began hearing members express a desire for better organization and easier access to their belongings, the team took notice. Those conversations quickly turned into collaboration with our in-house skilled carpenter, Manny, who began designing custom locker inserts to fit seamlessly into our existing lockers, maximizing organization without sacrificing valuable space.

After some designing and refinement, two insert options, a half locker insert, and a full locker insert, were introduced to the membership for feedback. The response was overwhelmingly positive, and we are now offering these locker inserts made to order! Each insert is crafted from solid maple hardwood, stained to match the locker exteriors, and features a slide-out drawer to protect small valuables such as watches and rings. Rattan baskets provide convenient storage for socks, gloves, personal care items, and golf balls, items that easily get lost.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

These custom locker inserts have allowed us to transform unused locker space into highly functional storage and elevate the overall locker room experience. With belongings now organized and easily accessible, members spend less time searching for personal items and more time enjoying the course. This initiative has also generated additional locker room revenue while showcasing the craftsmanship and skill set of our in-house carpenter, Manny, a true example of thoughtful innovation enhancing both member experience and club operations.
