This event transformed multiple club spaces: the outdoor pool area, Sunset Lounge, and the Card Room, into themed bars with live music, décor, and signature buffets. It enhanced club operations by maximizing the use of existing spaces, increasing member engagement, and creating a dynamic, festival-style environment without additional infrastructure. The multi-venue format also allowed staff to manage a single event while delivering a variety of experiences, making operations more efficient and versatile.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

The Activities Committee and Management Team collaborated to plan three distinct themes, each with its own bar, buffet, and live music. Members could explore all spaces, “bar hop,” or stay in their favorite venue. The event was highly successful, with members enjoying the flexibility, variety, and energy. They responded enthusiastically to the immersive, multi-venue setup, praising the themed décor, music, and food options. Due to its popularity, this event has now become part of our annual signature events, drawing members and their guests back year after year.
