From a member-experience standpoint, Ozzy adds a personal, human element to Club life. His appearances create memorable moments that go beyond traditional amenities, turning ordinary visits into joyful experiences. Whether it’s greeting members during events, celebrating birthdays, or surprising members at home, Ozzy makes people feel seen, valued, and connected to the Club.

Operationally, Ozzy has become a powerful engagement tool. His presence increases attendance at events, adds excitement to promotions, and gives the Club a recognizable, lovable symbol that members associate with fun and hospitality. Ozzy was introduced with a focus on creating surprise. Rather than making a single announcement and moving on, Ozzy debuted through memorable experiences—his dramatic zipline entrance on the 4th of July, playful interactions at social events, and spontaneous appearances throughout the Club. This organic rollout allowed members to discover Ozzy through moments of joy rather than formal promotion.

Staff were trained on how Ozzy would be used at events and celebrations, ensuring appearances felt coordinated, safe, and meaningful. Ozzy was scheduled for key events, birthdays, holidays, and special occasions, while also making surprise visits to keep the excitement fresh.
