How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

We had lack of participation for our Annual Member Survey, and we wanted feedback from our membership! The idea was to produce a fun and mysterious video with an ambiguous title that Members couldn't resist clicking on and kept them guessing until the end! The end result was to remind Members to participate in the Annual Member Survey and it worked!

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

We received a record number of survey completions in 2022, 50% greater than the previous year. Members gave us the feedback we needed for 2023, which helps us create even better member experiences and expectations. #proudtobeencc
