How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

Based on the member behavior trends of previously resigned members, determine those within current membership exhibiting similar behavior; thus at risk of resignation due to predictable reason codes.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

Based on the original Members At Risk study back in February 2024, every quarter I pull resident A, B, D, H, & J members who have interacted with the club 0-10 times in the past 12 months have determined to be at risk of resignation due to predictable reason codes. Based on a series of four situational tests, the at risk population is then narrowed down to those truly at risk.

Our Membership Director, Member Relations Manager, and Board Members review the list and reach out to those they deem salvageable.

Since the beginning of this project, we have successfully predicted 31 out of 51 qualifying resignations (61%)
