Membership/Employee Appreciation Videos
How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?
Our members came together to cover loss wages of our full time employees during the nationwide shut down to go along with creating a video thanking our members for all that they have done for them. In return our staff created a touching video thanking our members for all they have done for them as well. It has made our employees more eager to go above and beyond for our members and to create a "Raving Fans" experience out of them. The culture has became more family based than ever with members using the club as much as possible to help operations and the employees out doing these hard times.
How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?
The idea was implemented through a collaboration including zoom and other video editing software. These videos were emailed out to the membership and employees, both parties were ecstatic about the videos and the thought that went behind them. Our member's gained a new appreciation for our employees that went beyond the current Ansley "Family" bond.
