How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?
The thought to convert a small patch of grass outside of our kitchen doors into a small micro-greens garden began as a way to lower food costs. Using Hampton Hall grown micro-greens has saved the Club almost $300 monthly.
How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?
The Hampton Hall Club community has been overjoyed with our micro-greens. Upcoming growth to our garden will include a few citrus trees.
