Mini Member Council

How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

A program designed to enhance the opportunities of our young members, Mini Member Council allows the kids we serve to voice their opinions and let us know how they would like to spend their time at the club. This had a great impact on the overall experiences our youth activities and the events provided, increasing participation and enjoyment as they were enhanced by the “Mini Members” themselves.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

Mini Member Council was marketed on digital signage and through our children activities email blasts which are the platforms most families with our targeted demographic engage with. The tasting elements were a huge part of the success as most kids were coming from school or joining after dinner. This event was well attended and had a great impact on our youth programming. Mini Member Council will now be an annual program to kickoff our season and keep making our mini members dream a reality.
