To meet member demand and expand family-friendly wellness programming, the Spa introduced Mommy & Me Spa Day—a curated experience for mothers and children to enjoy spa services together.

Created to thoughtfully navigate spa age restrictions while meeting member demand for youth manicures, Mommy & Me Spa Day offered:

• A safe and memorable introduction to the spa world for younger guests
• Expanded the Club's family-friendly programming to the Spa

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

The Spa hosted its first Mommy & Me Spa Day in July, offering a limited number of appointments for paired experiences. The event sold out quickly and generated a waitlist, reflecting strong member interest and enthusiasm.

Member feedback was overwhelmingly positive, with families praising the unique bonding opportunity and thoughtful execution. Due to the success of the event and continued member requests, the Spa team plans to host another Mommy & Me Spa Day in the New Year, with the potential for ongoing seasonal offerings.
