To ensure staff education and product consistency, the Club implemented a new menu rollout program to assist with the transition of menus.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

The new menu rollout program has increased server knowledge and confidence and the plating standard guides have aided culinary and service staff in easily recognizing if a component is missing prior to reaching members. The members have noticed and appreciated the increased consistency and attention to detail.
