New Years Prix Fixe

How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

During the pandemic, our Members celebrated the New Year safely at home with a specially crafted five-course dinner menu created by our culinary team. Members had a choice between 2-3 items for each course, plus the option to add caviar, and of course, champagne, to their meal.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

Each item was labeled with a photo of the plated product and the Chef's recommended plating instructions, so our Members could enjoy the fine dining experience while having some fun with plating.

The response for this menu was tremendous. While the State of California was in a "Stay-At-Home" order, our

Members really appreciated this "fine dining" experience we were able to create for them at home. The feedback was excellent!
