Nite Club in the Kitchen

How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

Just a fun night to show off our new and beautiful kitchen. We used black lights shooting up into the ceiling giving the kitchen a night club vibe. We piped Andrea Bocelli Con te partiro through a wireless speaker to set the mood. We served assorted pizzas out of our Pizza Oven, Chopped Yellowfin Tuna Poke Bowls out of the Cold Kitchen, paired with Sake. Off the Grill we dealt up Mini Lobster Rolls and Cheeseburger Sliders. The buzz was amazing, people literally won't leave the kitchen. What a night to remember!!!!!

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

It was always a vision to have people in the Kitchen, we were planning and developing the New Clubhouse for almost 5 years and The Grand Re-Opening Party was the perfect time to do it!!!!
