How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

Incorporating QR codes to each Overnight Room Compendium. This allows us to regularly update menus without having to swap out or update pages in the compendium and ensures the member or guest has access to the most current menu.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

We created QR codes for each eatery within the club and can easily upload/replace menus. Members/guests have been very complimentary; many have had poor experiences in other clubs/hotels trying to order from outdated menus.
