Paint, Sip and Swap

How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

Hosted in in Farmington's Art Studio, our Paint, Sip & Swap event paired a glass of wine with a collaborative painting experience. Each participant began painting on their own canvas, then passed it to the next person every five minutes, adding an element of surprise and spontaneity to the artwork. Once the canvases completed a full circle, the original artist had the chance to add final touches to their now-crowdsourced masterpiece. The result was a lighthearted, interactive evening that blended creativity, conversation, and community.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

The event was held in the Art Studio and featured a carefully structured format to ensure smooth transitions between painting rounds. Staff provided guidance, art supplies, and wine service, setting the tone for a relaxed and welcoming environment. The response was overwhelmingly positive. Members appreciated the originality of the experience, and many expressed interest in seeing it return for future seasons.
