How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

Building our 12,000 square foot pickleball and sports center completely changed what our club can offer year round. What started as a pickleball solution turned into a true multi-use facility that supports basketball, volleyball, tennis, youth programs, and large group events. It removed weather as a limitation and gave us a reliable space for both revenue-generating programs and community-building activities. The project helped shift the club from being seasonal in some areas to truly year-round.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

After visiting five bubble facilities and hearing repeated warnings not to go that route, we went back to the drawing board and committed to building a permanent structure instead. We designed the building with large garage doors for summer airflow and heaters for winter use, creating a flexible space that works in every season. Since opening, the facility has become one of the busiest and most loved parts of the club, hosting everything from pickleball to kids dodgeball and soccer camps. Members consistently tell us it feels like the missing piece that took the club to the next level.
