How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

This event allowed our in house Certified Som, as well as CCM Ali Sezgin to really shine. members and their guests got to enjoy, taste, drink, and learn about over 40 different wines from all reaches of the globe. The culinary team knocked it out of the park once again with incredible foods cooked over open fire pits. Fine dining quality ingredients and dishes were produced using rustic techniques.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

Taking place on the golf course a large tent was put up for the primary seating area, picnic tables, wine barrels and pop up tents filled the backdrop as the open fire pits tended to sides of salmon legs of lamb, and a whole roasted pig. The members immediately requested we make this event a regular event and the entertainment committee placed it on the calendar to happen again this year.
