Poolside Drink Delivery

How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

The Woodfield team developed an easy, convenient way for Members to enjoy drinks poolside without ever leaving their chair. With a simple text message, Members can order beer, wine and cocktails to be delivered to their poolside location.

Step 1: Member Sends Text Message to the Designated Phone Number (Text includes: their name, member number, pool deck location and drink order)

Step 2: Bartender Receives Text and Makes the Drink

Step 3: Server Delivers the Drink to the Member at their Poolside Location

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

This recently launched program has been a hit with Members who have enjoy the convenient, resort-style service. As an added bonus, Poolside Drink Delivery does not cost the Club additional labor dollars as the service is available during the operating hours of our poolside restaurant and facilitated by staff members working at the restaurant.
