How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

During the pandemic, our team had to overcome relentless State and county restrictions and come up with new and exciting dining options for our Members. We pivoted and worked diligently to create a pop-up dining series while maintain a safe environment.

How was this idea implemented and what have been the club members' reactions?

Each event was held outdoor by our pool while following the social distance guidelines set in place by the county.

The menus represent worldwide cuisine that reflects the heritage of both front and back of house team members. Our Membership is captivated by the short-term appeal and it keeps them wanting more!
