Pop Up Snow Day!

How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

When it snows at Elkridge, we open a snow day!  Kids love coming to the club, sledding down the big hills, sitting by the fire pits and having hot cocoa!  Feels like the Elkridge Ski Lodge!  A tradition we have implemented for several years now!

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

When it snows, kids had always come to the club,  but was never an organized event.  Now, its a tradition!  If it snows, the team all knows what has to happen to make this a success for our members!
