How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

In 2025, the Club partnered with Club Data Services and implemented Microsoft Power BI to centralize data from multiple platforms into one streamlined reporting system. By integrating items such as financial and membership data from JONAS, dining and reservation data from SevenRooms, and court utilization data from Court Reserve, leadership can now quickly access and analyze information that previously required hours of manual reporting. This shift allows managers to spend less time gathering data and more time focused on thoughtful planning, team leadership, and delivering exceptional hospitality.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

Power BI was rolled out as a decision-support tool for leadership and department heads, helping guide food and beverage forecasting, budget planning, staffing, and membership analysis. The platform allows data to be easily cross-referenced with factors such as weather, historical trends, and seasonal utilization, as well as track item-level sales and member spending patterns. While largely behind the scenes, this data-driven approach has improved operational efficiency and planning accuracy, resulting in better-aligned offerings, smoother service, and an enhanced overall member experience—allowing hospitality to remain at the center of our operations.
