Timber Pines Community Association Prepaid Card

How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

The creation of this prepaid card allows members to load it with any amount and use it property wide.  This card eliminates credit card processing fees for the Association and has decreased the need for cash banks in our amenities.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

The card was implemented through our private media channel, emails and through several meetings and is initially loaded in our Administrative office.  It also gives the Association an opportunity to update our member photo data base.  The member information is embedded on the back of the magnetic strip.  The members enjoy security unlike regular debit cards.  Members are enjoying the exclusivity and uniqueness of this benefit that promotes our Club & Association.
