How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

Initially created to connect junior players and professionals during COVID-19 closures, pump-up Zooms are now a welcome part of our tournament players’ pre-match routines. The pump-up Zooms allow Racquet Sports professionals to calm nerves, discuss strategy, give encouragement, and ensure juniors are ready for tournament action.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

The initiative has been so successful, it will be expanded to include topics beyond elite tournaments, such as introductory digital lessons and pre-season parent forums.
