We created a QR (Quiet Rockstar) Checklist to support employees who consistently deliver high-quality work—often behind the scenes.

The checklist:

• Provides staff with clear, structured expectations for the daily tasks in their assigned work areas, and
• Is an easy, consistent way for employees understand priorities, manage time effectively, and document completed tasks

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

We created work area-specific daily checklists, accessible via QR code on employees’ mobile devices, with no downloads or data required. Staff complete their assigned checklist during each shift, with opportunities to provide peer feedback and submit photos when appropriate. A supervisor inspection checklist is completed at the end of each shift to confirm completion and communicate outstanding items to the next team.

Employees appreciate the clarity, structure, and ability to show completed work, while supervisors value the improved accountability and smoother handoffs between shifts. The system has strengthened collaboration, improved tracking, and helped maintain consistent standards throughout daily operations.
