How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

R.I.P.P.L.E. was designed for team members to recognize other team members that go out of their way to do something nice for a member or team member! Examples include, assist bringing things to a members car or assisting a team member when they drop tennis balls in the parking lot.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

This was implemented by creating a video that went out the team members to share what it was and how it worked! The team enjoys being able to shout out another team member. The first month we had 12 nominations and most recently we had 28!
