How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

Over the season many plates and glassware are chipped and not suitable for service. In the past all damaged wear was immediately thrown in the garbage can. Last year we placed some bus tubs in the kitchen for all damaged china and glassware. We took all of the damaged items and created a "Rage Room or Smash Room" by the garbage dumpsters.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

They staff has loved the stress relief and it has improved morale.
