How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

In the midst of a pandemic, we wanted to find a way to put a smile on everyone's face. Our weekly random acts of kindness pop-up program did just that!

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

Each week we randomly organized a surprise pop up event around the facilities for our members to enjoy. Whether we surprised them with cookies & milk in the clubhouse, lemonade stands on the tennis courts, or beer & pretzels on the course. Members of all ages followed us around the see where we will be next and we have encouraged them to find a way to smile and pass on the kindness to the next person they encounter.
