We used a Website Launch Day Guide to enhance Club operations by supporting a major digital transition with clear, proactive communication. With a fully redesigned website and new navigation structure, the guide helped ensure members and staff felt prepared and confident using the platform from day one. By clearly outlining where to find key information and highlighting new features, the guide reduced confusion, improved accessibility, and reinforced the website as the Club’s primary source of information.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

We created a visual, easy-to-follow Launch Day Guide that previewed the new website, explained navigation changes, highlighted new tools, and linked directly to commonly used sections. The guide was shared at launch and supported by optional in-person help desks. Member and staff response was very positive, with quick adoption of the new site, fewer calls and emails than expected, and minimal need for in-person support—resulting in a smooth, user-friendly rollout.
