How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

Our recruitment business card is a recruitment tool that empowers our team to have a say in who they will potentially be working with and helps us recruit great talent. This card is also a way to commend someone for their excellent service and to have them keep Farmington in mind as their next possible employer in case they are ever looking for a career change.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

The card was given to line-level employees to distribute outside of the club to individuals who demonstrate excellent customer service within like service industries. The card commends the recipient for their “exceptional” customer service skills and provides a QR code that links to Farmington’s employment website. Farmington employees can also leave their employee number on the back of the card to receive a referral bonus should the recipient come to work at Farmington. When handing out these cards, employees are taking an active role in preserving Farmington's culture and identifying potential candidates who can make a great addition to our club!
