Infusing passion and energy from a 25 year under-utilized employee who now finds great reward in his creations and so does our leadership team who love having a custom shop onsite for any requests. Forget catalogs of plastic options, reduce, reuse, recycle.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

Repurposing an area of our maintenance department, "Eddy" has embraced every request with passion and creativity, often surpassing our expectations as well as members. Members love the unique authenticity and the recycling of our golf course trees, many they have a special relationship prior to removal. This year we will expand into club tournament and employee awards as well. Pride, integrity, and responsibility thrive here at Commonwealth.
