How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

The Reset Cart and Reset Route have strengthened our club’s operations by supporting Ambassador well being during peak season, when workload and stress rise quickly. By building short, intentional reset moments into the shift, we help people recharge before they reach burnout, which can lead to call outs, turnover, and inconsistent service.

The Reset Cart delivers simple self-care essentials directly to departments, allowing teams to refuel without stepping away for long or disrupting service. The Reset Route adds a consistent 10-minute outdoor decompression loop that helps Ambassadors clear their minds and return to their shifts more focused and steadier.

Overall, the program has boosted morale, strengthened team connection, and improved consistency under pressure, reinforcing the high standards our Members expect.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

The Reset Cart and Reset Route were introduced as an option for on-shift wellness support for our Ambassadors. Leadership keeps the cart stocked and schedules it on peak days, bringing it through departments at planned times. The Reset Route was mapped as a simple 10 minute loop so Ambassadors can step away briefly, decompress, and return ready to perform.

Although the program is designed for the team, Members have noticed and responded positively. When they see the Reset Cart, many comment on how thoughtful it is and appreciate that the club is investing in the people behind the Member experience.
