ROCC Employee App
How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?
When the ROCC Member App was designed, we took the opportunity to build out a separate partition for employees and managers. The development of the ROCC Employee App has been a game changer for efficient staff management, communications, distribution of important documents and policies, employee incentives and more.
How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?
A separate partition, just as robust as the member side, was built out for ROCC Employees. Each employee has been given special access, and each time a new joiner joins our employment team, they are added as a user. Staff can call maintenance or security with the push of a button, give out a "ROCC-Star Reward" for a fellow employee going above and beyond, sign up for an employee event, fill out important club documents, access the handbook, communicate with HR, and so much more! A special Manager Portal was added with special access for managers that allows for incredibly efficient staff management at their fingertips with incident reports, personnel action forms, as well as the ability to send push notices, fun pop quiz campaigns...the opportunities are endless. This year, we'll further develop the app with an employee ID to be used for employee credentials for the ATP US Men's Clay Court Championship Tournament held at ROCC, as well as controlled access for renovated employee spaces in the Clubhouse. More than 300 employee users are registered and use the app regularly for all of the features mentioned above. This staff management feature has proven itself as one of the most effective tools we have to reach our employees and is definitely here to stay!
