This idea has brought to our team members an enhanced sense of safety at the workplace, with a monetary incentive to avoid accidents.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

This idea was implemented a few years ago after seeing an increase of carelesness and ultimately compromising the team members safety. Our club members have been extremely positive about the program and the accident rate dropped significantly over the years.
