How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?
The Santa Brunch was cancelled for the second year in a row for the safety of our members and our staff so the team knew we had to offer something festive to our families- keeping distance in mind, we thought a phone call and reminder note (sent to the kids at their home address) would be just perfect! Keeping our members engaged with club activities has engaged them more in our virtual opportunities if they don't feel safe to come into the club.
How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?
The reactions when first announced was instantly fantastic. We sold out with a waitlist and the feedback is represented on our board!
