How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

COVID cancelled our Santa Brunch biggest event of year. Our Santa drive up was huge success with over 250 members coming to our outdoor Santa Lounge on Saturday night on a cold Saturday night in mid December.Reservations every 5-10 minutes. Families were able to have cocktail, cookies hot chocolate for kids while they waited to visit Santa in his sleigh and receive their gift for a holiday photo.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

When Santa Brunch was cancelled due to COVID had to have way for kids to see Santa. We found an authentic sleigh decorated front entrance of club into a outdoor lounge. Created a good social distancing area with Santa in sleigh for family photos It was a huge success during a difficult time.
