How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

This was a game changer for us, as we all had different ideas on what to do around Christmas. This has always been a well gathered event for us in the past. We were able to change the kids room at the swimming complex (The Cove) into a winter wonderland venue for the kids. We had our members pre select gifts for their kids, and set a reservation time. Upon their arrival they were greeted/temperature checked by one of the Elf's and were welcomed into Santas workshop. Santa would greet them and tell them stories for +- 12 minutes. The Elf's then presented Santa with the gifts. It was a memorable sight seeing the kids interact with Santa while a piece of plexiglass separated them. They were then welcomed to the deck where we had Hot Coco being served, and the Elf's were helping them assemble their Smores.
