Sea to Table and Steak Nights

How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

While many clubs do special theme nights to attract and excite members, Fiddler’s takes it a step beyond. We offer weekly Sea to Table nights on Wednesdays and Steak Nights on Thursdays – events which our members greatly enjoy. Beyond simply serving specially-crafted fish and steak, Chef Michael and his team go above and beyond to ensure freshness by working with local fisherman and farms to obtain the highest quality fish and meats. The culinary staff does extensive research, and ensures that each of the suppliers upholds the highest standards of quality and sustainability, so we may continue to enjoy tremendous products for years to come.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

We've implemented this idea by advertising in the newsletter and club calendar. The member reaction has been fantastic. Some members mostly dine at the club on the special theme nights. The quality and value of the themed dinner exceed all members expectations and gives them more variety when dining at the club.
