Senior All Call

How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

Senior All Call recognizes and shares the names, photos, and information about the graduating seniors with the full membership. This is collected through a club-wide QR code shared on flyers, digital signage, in our newsletter and on clickable links in our Weekly email and social media. Once collected, the names and photos are compiled into an announcement in the Carmeline and sent via email. As an added touch, a senior gift is mailed to each graduate in June (ex. tumbler with the club logo and Class of 2026)

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

Senior All Call began during COVID with yard signs and balloons delivered to every graduating senior's home. Originally planned for a one time event, parents asked the following year when they should submit their senior information, and it has grown from there to mailed gifts, a member wide email and an announcement in the Carmeline, our bi-monthly magazine.
