How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?
How easy is it to drive up and get your shoes that have just been shined?! Our locker room attendant came up with the idea that members can drop off their shoes in a socially distant manner through a window in our driveway without even coming into the club! It is all about SERVICE!
How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?
Let's just say the members were surprised at first to see Chad's smiling face in a window when they drove up!
