Slime the Staff
How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?
Member interaction is very important to us. We strive to ensure that our members find value in their membership for themselves and their family. One of our social media segments, “Slime the Staff”, involved our followers to vote on which staff member should be slimed; no staff member was off limits! Of course, our General Manager was at the top of the list, as well as our Executive Chef, Events Coordinator, and more.
How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?
Once the votes were in, the slime was concocted, and our staff was invited to sit in a chair on the playground. This event was live streamed on Facebook and Instagram for our members to watch real time. In a game- show format, we began a countdown and dropped slime – essentially on every staff member. Members found this to be extremely fun, and even requested other staff members to be slimed the next time!
