Member Engagement During Social Events

How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

The engagement of our members were our top priority. Being able to do events that involved the family, was a perfect opportunity to keep the members engaged. Placing staff in the right places also helped us execute the events successfully as they were able to do what they love with our members from the comfort of their own homes. This has really shown our membership that we care about them and we are willing to go above and beyond, we even allowed them to park and watch the drive in movie on one of the fairways.

How was this idea implemented and what have been the club members' reactions?

The opportunity was opened up to our Staff and Members, we all threw our ideas in and we made it into a reality.
