How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

Creating a Spa & Salon specific website for all personal care and gifting allowed easy access to our members to meet their needs. We offered home delivery, contactless pick up or shipping foe convenience. Our members were happy that they did not have to leave the gates to access these items.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

The website was created by the Spa Director and is constantly updated with new items. Members continue to use it for shopping in the convenience of their homes. This has increased revenue for the Spa & Salon as well.
