How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

Champions Run has a very large membership. Many of which, are young parents with very young children. However, at our pool, we have two very outdated and unheated baby pools that will not suffice for our ever-growing membership and so we decided to offer something beyond a splash pad. Something that would separate our pool from the others. We decided to build a state of the art splash park equipped with water features, bucket dump, and multiple water slides. We break ground Labor Day 2019.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

We implemented this idea from formulating our club’s master plan. From membership surveys and feedback, we realized we needed to do something about our outdated baby pools. Instead of just adding a large slide, we wanted to add something both adults, teens, kids, and infants could use. After multiple renderings and concepts, we finally decided on Kraken Bay. We showed our membership pictures of the renderings on our club website and social media pages. The excitement has been at an all-time high from our members!
