How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

Along side our bread service, we introduced an extra complimentary feature. We wanted to elevate our member experience at our fine dining Chophouse 770 dinner.

Our head bar tender presents each person at the table with a 1.5 oz. splash of wine. Criteria for selecting wine: unique in taste, style and destination. We try to source wines that are not necessarily well known in the popular wine destinations but yet provide competitive pricing and taste to those lesser known regions.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

Our Chophouse 770 dinner is offered 2 - 3 times per month. Every Chophouse 770 has its own unique wine and presented in the same manner.

Our members have certainly enjoyed this experience and are always interested in what we are presenting next. I believe this will be part of our steps of service at Chophouse 770 for foreseeable future.
