How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

The Season-Long Staff Match Play Tournament is a friendly golf competition spanning from April through November. The tournament, open to all employees regardless of skill level, strengthens interdepartmental relationships and camaraderie while providing staff with opportunities to enjoy the Club’s dual championship golf courses.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

Matches are scheduled to allow flexibility and convenience during the season, and increase staff engagement and respect for each other and our club.
