The Staff “12 Days of Christmas” Raffle enhanced club operations by boosting employee morale, motivation, and engagement during our busy holiday season. Implemented at a time when workloads and pace increase, the raffle helped keep spirits high by giving staff something fun and positive to look forward to each day.

Beginning December 2, the program featured 4 winners daily, including one high-end prize winner and gift card winners and Stanley cups, which encouraged consistent participation and excitement throughout the full 12-day period.

Overall, this initiative strengthened workplace culture, supported staff appreciation, and helped maintain a more energized and positive team environment, which ultimately benefits service and daily club operations.

The Staff “12 Days of Christmas” Raffle was implemented as a daily staff incentive program that started December 2, with 4 winners selected each day. Each day included one high-end prize winner plus three gift card winners, creating consistent excitement and participation throughout the 12-day period. The flyer highlights a variety of high-end prizes (including items such as a YETI cooler, 50” TV, Xbox, and other premium gifts), helping keep staff engaged and motivated day-to-day.

Although club members were not directly involved, the raffle generated a noticeably upbeat, festive energy among staff, which members could still feel through increased enthusiasm, positivity, and seasonal spirit in daily interactions. The improved morale helped reinforce a warm holiday atmosphere across the club
