Staff Support Fund Raffle

How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

Every year, our members participate in an event to bolster our Staff Support Fund. The fund offers scholarships and financial aid to individuals in need, spanning from educational expenses to medical bills.

Last year, our staff generously donated their time and expertise to an exhilarating winner-takes-all raffle! Prizes featured engaging sessions with staff members, who were eager and proud to contribute in support of the fund.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

A promotional email with subsequent reminders was sent out to the membership.  There was also a large poster board with balloons placed next to the raffle box in the living room area of our clubhouse to draw attention.  Members enjoyed the offerings from the staff and the fund received a record-breaking amount in donations.
