To give members a festive first look at what’s ahead, our Events

team unveiled the Club’s holiday event schedule through a creative and unexpected video reveal. This video kicked off the holiday season and the theme was tied together in all marketing, communication and decor throughout the season.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

The video debuted in July as part of a Christmas in July promotion and was shared with members via email. The announcement also included registration open dates and a downloadable Save the Date holiday calendar, allowing members to plan ahead for the many festive moments to come. There was great feedback on the video from the membership and helped create a buzz and excitement for the upcoming holidays.
