In using Member surveys and focus groups, the Strategic Planning Committee garnered valuable, honest opinions to guide their plans for improvements to the Club over the next ten years.

Guided by experienced club consultants, the Strategic Planning Committee began by listening. They used focus groups and Member surveys sent to both spouses to capture diverse perspectives across age, tenure, and how Members use the Club.
