How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?
We wanted to keep in touch with the members during the winter and give them some events to look forward to when the Season started. Hopefully get them excited about the concerts we had scheduled.
How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?
We emailed the attached poster to the members letting them know the dates.
Thirty days prior to each of the concerts, they received an email letting them know they could now make a reservation for that month's concert. The members were very excited and attendance at the concerts was great. Members liked that they knew so much in advance what the dates were and made sure they were available to attend. We paired each concert up with a theme dinner, (Woodfire Steak Night, Lobster & Seafood Fest, etc).
