Sunset Cruises

How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

Members take a sunset cruise around the golf cart path while enjoying complimentary beer and wine or a beverage from the bar. This allowed members to get out during the height of covid and spend time with family. They were also able to socially distance and visit with friends. This idea improved the member experience and engaged our membership during the shutdown when they could not enter the clubhouse or dine in our restaurants.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

An outdoor bar was set up, and carts were reserved via online reservation. The members loved the idea and frequently asked to have this event more often. To this day, all reservations fill quickly and usually have a waiting list.
